Quality Inn Florida City - Gateway to the Keys

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is clean, well maintained, and comfortable, and you can tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything in great condition. The room was spotless, the common areas were clean, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I’d also like to give special thanks to Maritza at the front desk. She was very kind, professional, and always willing to help. She made check-in easy and went out of her way to make sure my stay was comfortable, which really added to the overall experience. Great service, great cleanliness, and a comfortable place to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

After five and a half years of traveling full-time and living in hotels, this property stands among some of the best! You wouldn't expect this high level of service or property for a Quality Inn, but wow! Not only that, Sam, the manager, was the nicest and most hospitable person we've met in the industry. He went out of his way to take care of us and give us advice for our visit. This is a photo of room 401. It was awesome. Some of the area around the hotel isn't great, but this place was safe and well-lit. We'd definitely stay again.

Great hotel and next to a variety of restaurants and the outlets. Nice spot before going to the keys or even when you leave the keys. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and kind. Thank you to Maritza for helping us with a good room at an affordable price. We had gotten stuck in traffic leaving the keys and didn't have a reservation she was very professional and got us a nice discounted price. She gave us a map good for discounts at some restaurants in the area which was great after being in traffic for 2 hours we were ready to go eat something. The room was in the interior corridor they just got new carpets you can tell they have been doing some renovations to the property it is very well maintained. The staff here goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Definitely recommend Quality Inn to everyone.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Easy parking and pool looked sparkling clean. We had access to coin laundry, and the front desk people were so friendly and helpful! We were happy with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, and juice each morning. We liked it so much here, we booked it again for our way back north from the Keys. Great value!

I was very pleased with my stay here !! Nick at the front desk went above and beyond for anything needed, the gentleman at the evening desk, and the breakfast staff was always great also. Rooms were clean, good beds, and good lighting. Free breakfast, free parking, pool , food truck in lot, and just all around wonderful. I sadly had to check out early, and wish I may be reimbursed for the last evening fully, if not partially, as that evening was the most $rate of my 7 nights booked. I could not change this due to weather and I had to leave friday evening I checked out around 5pm. Otherwise all else was great and I will stay again gladly !!! account #1027278624 member cxm202315

I had a great stay at the Quality Inn and was very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a relaxing place to stay. Everything from the room to the common areas met or exceeded my expectations. I especially want to mention Aadi at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming, who provided excellent service. Workers were polite, professional, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Overall, this was a great stay, and the friendly service especially from the front desk staff. Made a big difference. I would definitely recommend this Quality Inn and would be happy to stay here again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The employees at this hotel are truly amazing—hands down some of the best we’ve ever experienced anywhere. We stay here numerous times throughout the years, often on our way to or from a cruise or heading down to the Keys, and it honestly feels like a home base for us now. We’re so comfortable and familiar with the staff that we even have packages sent to the hotel ahead of our arrival, and they are always happy to hold them for us without hesitation. That level of trust and care says everything. The location is beautiful, the accommodations are very comfortable and well maintained, and the outdoor pool is a perfect place to relax and unwind. It’s quiet, welcoming, and just an overall pleasant place to stay. Most importantly, the staff makes this hotel exceptional. Nick, Maritza, Aadi, Sam, and Arlan are absolutely outstanding. They go above and beyond every single time and are, without question, the best employees we’ve encountered anywhere—from high-end resorts to quick one-night stopovers. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care keep us coming back again and again. Highly recommend—this place sets the standard for hospitality.

Excellent! This is my favorite Quality Inn! I have been there many times and the rooms and service have been consistently excellent. It is always very clean and well maintained. As we sit by the beautiful heated pool (even at 64 degrees) it is very evident how hard all the staff works to make it a great place. We have appreciated the kindness and friendliness of every one from the housekeepers, breakfast hostess, maintenence staff, office staff, managers and owners. It truly is exceptional. I love the tropical tikis and plants around the grounds and the lovely little rock garden and fountain. There is even a picnic and large grill area. Rooms are spotless and the beds are comfortable. I look forward to going back. I highly recommend this Quality Inn!
